We started NAV in the fall of 2017
Our profit share is paid out on a quarterly basis. We operate the brokerage on an 80/20 commission split. 80% to the agent, 20% to the brokerage. You can qualify for our profit share in one of two ways. You can either close 3 transactions in during that quarter or our contribute $5000 in your 20% commission split.
At NAV we offer one on one mentorship and training. This consists of a two week, 1 on 1 training course after which your coach will then help you build and run your business for the next two years.
Each month we have at least one team event which can be a dinner, happy hour, or excursion such as go carting, axe throwing, or charity event.
