At NAV Real Estate we PROFIT SHARE 100% of our profits back to our agents. All of our profits get paid out at the end of every quarter and at the end of the year. We do not profit off our agents!
Our agents operate on an 80/20 split, but most agents receive more than 90% of their commissions through our profit share. Many top producers make well over 100% of their commissions once profits are paid out!
